Hi @alaurenmrie184 I suspect you're seeing two current game bugs and can head to both those threads:

@alaurenmrie184 That's because you're possibly experience game bugs that don't have workarounds. For the aspiration points, because the list of what can be purchased currently also lists already-purchased rewards, you need to first check what your Sim already has. The holiday one is a bug with no workaround. You can add a "me too" to those posts to help show how many Simmers care about these bugs and hopefully get them moved up the priority list.
