Autonomous Proposals when Options are Off

I'm having an issue where my Sim's girlfriend keeps proposing. I keep having to reload my game, and when I load in, check my options and make sure everything is off, the next sim day at the exact same time she proposes. Like, I cannot keep her from doing this action. I'm getting sick and tired of it. Here are my game options and the MC Command Center option. Is there anything else I have to turn off? 

I'm at my wits end. I really don't want her to propose to him. I have a huge proposal all planned out. I don't want her to have the sentiment of him rejecting her, and when I get it I can't remove it. Which really sucks. Any thoughts? Oh and I am playing on PC and PC only. I do have some mods, but nothing but MCC touches relationships.

    @Orangeplumbob Have you tested without other mods? Also, when you go back into those settings both in game and in MCCC, are they still where you set them? If this is still happening with only MCCC and the setting is sticking, I would suggest getting support directly from Deaderpool. Perhaps there's a known issue that I'm not aware of.
