As far as I can tell, what this means is that the base_color tuning for moods (I'm going to guess through some UI code that would be hard to get access to or change) applies that same color to ghosts when they have the mood.
What about creating a buff for feeling 'fine' that could overpower most, but probably not all, moods? Could this enable them to be standard white for most of the time?
What do you think about being able to toggle the invisibility? (e.g. remove or add the invisibility-inducing trait at will) I don't remember off-hand if we discussed that at all.
This was something I actually mean't to mention earlier. I think it would be a great addition and then the use of the power could tie in better with weaknesses and using the power too much/ not enough.
(Just a little side-note so I don't forget and since we're discussing the invisibility trait: For a superhero with the invisible power, I had an idea that they could maybe inherit some buffs and need requirements that are similar to the 'loner trait'. So then in large crowds when they start to feel uncomfortable a 'now's a good time to use my power' buff could come up, giving them a reason to use it more often. But it could also be a good mischievous power for scaring sims  )
Though maybe it should cost a certain amount to toggle, or passively costs a certain amount to have it active, like what I recall us discussing about weaknesses and energy and the like. Then if they run out of energy, get low, that sort of thing, it automatically gets toggled off.
Yeah, I think it should definitely use some sort of energy to use the power.
This makes sense, a sleepy sim can't really use their power that well.
With regards to being toggled off automatically, i'm assuming there would be a way to auto toggle it on? So, going back to what we were discussing a few posts back about when they first learn about their power, the invisibility could perhaps turn on and off on its own at random times?
I'll have a play around with the updated trait and let you know how it goes
