SLOTS/HEIGHT RANGE

My sims can't do anything (shower, bathe, cook, pick up babies, sleep, read, watch tv, feed babies, feed themselves). They can't do ANYTHING if my sim tries to pick up her baby it bugs out and she drops the baby and same thing for cooking or showering it completely bugs out. I've tried the mod manager, mod conflict detector, the mod tray importer, TS4 package conflict detector. Better exceptions and Mc Command center are throwing the bad mods out because they can't function until I remove the mod. I've tried 50/50 method. Can someone please point me in the right direction AND/OR tell me exact mod please. I've linked the last exception below!

    Nothing in your snippet points to a mod, and no mod-managing software can help with all issues. Mod conflict detectors are not useful. (See How to Use Mods and CC about that.) 

    Test with NO mods in a new save first: see vanilla and 50-50 testing. If you still have an issue, please try a Game Repair.

    If the vanilla test shows no problems, head to Previously Broken mods and CC and Broken & Updated Mods & CC to remove known broken mods and gameplay mods that aren't updated or reported compatible. Many creators have been away on holiday and/or waiting for a hotfix patch for some issues before testing their mods.

    commeting here because im having the exact same problem! tested out in a save with no mods and the issue wasnt solved. tried game repair too and nothing.
