Basegame Sink doesn't work

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? PC: 1.100.147.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? EP: Get Together, Seasons, Eco Lifestyle. GP: Jungle Adventure. SP: Luxury Party, Nifty Knitting, Paranormal. Kits: Bust The Dust, Fashion Street, Little Campers, Desert Luxe, Pastel Pop.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place "Poulton Footed Sink Vanity" and go into live mode. Try to use it with your sim, you'll see you can't even click it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time I use the "Poulton Footed Sink Vanity" on a building, I can't click on it. I can delete it from build/buy mode, but can't do any interaction with it. It's the only sink I have this problem with.
What do you expect to see? I hope to be able to use it again.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I can't exactly remember when, but I think before the PC: 1.98.127.1030 patch, it used to work fine.
