Best Sims 4 sites with custom content?

any site besides TSR. Honestly they're just money hungry, they dont care that people are stealing others cc despite thousands of complaints, they don't care that their ads basically render the site useless until you're forced to buy their VIP. You wont get viruses as you don't click on the ads, but downloading a single thing can take over 2 minutes :/
I just go on tumblr and browser the ts4cc tag. Most links there are sites like mediafire.
