Better Exception is
There is a mod that is triggering the better exceptions mod, but when I look at the full report It showed me this really big paragraph and I don't understand it.🙃

Looks like it might not be a mod, but an error in game.
Your version of MC Command Center is outdated. You also have at least one mod that's not supported at these forums that needs updating. For most non-18+ mods, use the current Broken & Updated Mods & CC as a starting point.
