Blender UI too high res/tiny fonts?

Question

I want to learn, but I can barely make out the tiny tiny type. A 12-year-old with perfect eyesight verified for me that it's not just me.
So here's a screenshot of what I'm dealing with. If anyone can help me get this to where I can actually read it, I can begin the journey of learning to use it.

I think this is what you're looking for.

A quick and easy method is to hover over the panels and click 'numpad +' to increase font size.
If you access the links, they describe how to toggle in settings.

Thank you for that! And I also found out I didn't have the latest Blender version. Once I uninstalled this older one and installed the latest, the problem was solved. But I really appreciate the help, in case I get into the same trouble in future.
