Hi @WTLP555. This kind of UI error is typically caused by outdated mods. The most common mods causing this have been updated since they last "broke", so getting the current versions should help with your problem.
To check if it is a problem being caused by mods, exit Sims 4 and drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Document > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't have the problem now, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.
Okay, I will try. can you help me solves this problem ? the problem in the images.
- @WTLP555 Start by following the steps I listed to find out if something in your Mods folder is the cause.
Sorry, I mean this image too.
- @WTLP555 Unfortunately, I'm not able to read that (it's quite small for me). Can you copy out the text of the exception?
Can you see it ?
- @WTLP555 That information alone isn't enough to identify what might mod or CC item could be causing the problem, or if it's a game problem. You can try following the link when you get that message to see the full report. But I advise testing your game without mods -- there can always be issues that these tools aren't programmed to know about.
