Okay - I see the glitch now. It's a visual glitch only, and only on the X that's on a CAS item itself in order to remove that item from a Sim. The icon still functions.

Slightly Broken Mod
UI Cheats Extension (weerbesu) - minor visual glitch in CAS on the X to remove a CAS item from a Sim; it's a green triangle instead, but still functional.
