Ok, I'll explain it as clearly as I can. For example, when my Sims get a positive or negative moodlet, their mood does not change, It stays at the same mood. For instance, when their bladder, fun, hygiene, etc. gets low, their mood doesn't change to Uncomfortable, it stays at Happy. The moodlets just keep stacking up together and the emotions don't change at all.
Nothing I've seen reported recently does that, but often we only hear that a mod is broken, not what the result is. You'll need to check the lists for updates then do a 50-50.
