I had a question about manually fixing some trait mods from about 2018 that do not seem to be working. For instance, the Conspiracy Enthuasiast Trait. What I am seeing is this:
The trait shows up and has a working description.
Interactions do not work--for instance, I should get a buff after using Browse Web on the phone, but this does not happen.
This seems like it is probably easy to fix, but I do not exactly know what is broken. Am I right that it is easy to fix, and if so, then is there a set of instructions for it?
