I noticed that either some friendly interactions were gone or all friendly interactions, depending on what sim im trying to talk to, and read on here it might be explore mod, so I did some experimenting.
first I took explore mod out and it was back to normal, then I took everything BUT explore mod out and it doesn't work again. I then re-downloaded the new update not using the adfly option this time and instead the simsfileshare option (i downloaded the update the first time with adfly) and it works now.
so, if you are having the same issue after downloading the update, re download it using simsfileshare and not adfly. should work after that!
