I updated and my S4S doesn't work now. My menu at the top doesn't work (batch fixes, merging/unmerging, etc.) won't do anything.
Hmm. Try using the Installer version, so it automatically puts it in the exact right place. Wait for it to finish indexing your content. Just tested by updating mine.
