I was going to ask this yesterday, but since the patch notes say that the fixes to Environment Buffs only affect new saves, would the fix mod for that still be needed for older saves? (I don't use it myself, I disabled Environmental Effects in my game.)

EDIT: Also, it apparently affects pre-patch lots from the Gallery.
