All hidden crib baby mods will only allow one baby skin when used. I tested all of them this morning with CC baby skins and CC baby outfits, if the hidden crib mod is taken out, you can see multiple skins, but with a hidden crib mod all babies are the same color, CC baby outfits are not affected.
