I believe Basemental did at one point. Not sure if he has for the latest patch. Check the comments section on mod the sims for that mod and see if there is a link to the updated version.
It was my fault, I didn't check harder, was a house my husband built and hadn't realised that cabinets above the sink stop it from being used, I hadn't played my own game for a while so hadn't noticed it was working for me. It was only when I sat down and fiddled about with his build did I see the problem! So yes, ignore me, its working just fine!
