Actually, now I look in the folder, I did install one other thing too - the weerbesu 4 Column CAS mod

I installed some of those and the hairs are still problematic for me. I'll make a new folder and install what you have listed that I don't already have installed and test. I also have the CAS Columns, so we can check that off.
ETA: I installed all of those and my cc hairs are still problematic. Darn, I was hopeful.
