Bug Fix Mods Appreciation (WCIF and fix requests welcome)

So there are a lot of mods out there that are dedicated to fixing little bugs that manage to slip through the cracks at maxis/EA and I wanted to see if we could start a thread dedicated to those mods.
I'd like to try and get a decent list of bug fix mods, bugs needing fixes and obsolete fixes here for easy access (I apologize if I'm not always able to keep up as some days I'm more conscious than others). I would love to have a place where we can keep up with different mods to fix those annoying little gameplay glitches, show appreciation for the modders that swoop in like heroes to correct these errors, and also a place to keep up with bugs that may need a fix as well as fixes that may be obsolete due to recent updates.
So basically:

What are some bug fix mods that you can't play without? (and the mod-creator so we can thank them)

What are some bugs that multiple people have noticed that need a fix? Are you looking for a mod to fix a particular known game bug or for an update to an outdated fix? (try and limit requests to bugs that multiple players have noted, make sure it's something that can be reproduced even after clearing your mods folder completely and clearing your cache)

What previously known bugs have you noticed that have been fixed with the latest game patch? (so we know which fixes are obsolete)


While I'm not a modder myself (yet?), it would be really awesome if we could get a list of bugs needing a fix or outdated fixes that are needing an update for any modders who are interested in helping out.
