World's not loading & mods aren't working

Please help I need some advice

I downloaded the mods : **bleep**, Real Estate, Wonderwhims ( I think it's called & the Sims Da Dating ( the mod for going on random dates ). I deleted all of the **bleep** as they were outdated & I've redownloaded the new version.

The Real Estate mod i don't think I deleted that so that is still in my mods folder, but that is no longer showing on my sims phone.

The Wonderwhims was on my sims phone but it has vanished.

Also, the original worlds were working at one point ( Oasis Springs, Newcrest etc ) and the new worlds near the end of the map weren't loading up, but now the original worlds aren't loading up and my new worlds are letting me. I don't have a clue what is happening. I've tried running my anti virus and nothing have shown, I've cleared my cookies & cache from my google & game but they dont appear to be working anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips on what I could do please? I'm highly desperate
