Bugged horse - tail is glitching, sim cant interact

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost everything
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play with horses
What happens when the bug occurs? Horse will stand, sim cant interact with it, tail will glitch - shaking
What do you expect to see? Working horse model
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Since today, my horse sim will instantly after starting the game get bugged. He is just standing, sims cant interact with it, no objects beneath it, just its tail is weirdly shaking
