Bugged infants

Question

Whenever I follow my teen to school, or any other lot honestly, the parents actively ignore the infant of the household and often to the detriment of the child's needs even if I made them put her in the crib before I left the lot with the teen. For example: I went to prom with my teen and I come home to this <attached video>

what the heck and how do I fix this? Console player, no mods, fully updated game

This website hates me and wont let me upload my video but I came back to the lot and the infant was across the loaded in neighborhood in the snow instead of in the crib where I put her before leaving
