Build/Buy Menu Glitch, Main Menu Glitch

So whenever I open the game, my sims are in their underwear and this only started with the update. I checked to see if it was any mods but when I start the save file, they're dressed and none of the CC they were wearing was missing. It's only on the main menu. Also whenever I go into build/buy mode, there seems to be a visual glitch. All the categories to click on are overlapping each other.
