build/buy menu issues

Hi! So my build menu is bugging on every sub-category and I can't figure out how to fix it. (Photo attached of what it looks like under every category) Additionally, my mods aren't showing up when they are toggled on (after updating and restarting). My game is fully updated, I uninstalled and reinstalled the sims, and checked my mods folders.
