Can’t hire a ranch hand

What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t find the button to hire ranch hand in the menu
What do you expect to see? The button to hire one
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I can’t find the button to hire a ranch hand in the «hire a service» menu at all. All other services turns up in the menu like normal, but that service doesn’t turn up at all. I have tried to shut off the game, started it again, repairing it, removing mods etc. but nothing helps for it to turn up which is pretty annoying as it is one of the key features in the new pack. And going through the bullet board doesn’t work either since I’m just sent back to the phone to hire a service that won’t turn up on my phone
