Can’t pick up infant
Can not pick up or interact with my infant sim. I’ve taken out all my mods and it still will not let me do anything with them.

It sounds like something preventing the menu from fully loading.
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.
If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
Yeah I’ve deleted those files and it still is doing it. How do i force an exception?
You can't force them. Either the game generates files or it doesn't. Guess it doesn't in your case.
I know you said it happens on all your saves so usually looking at them doesn't help but it's worth a try at this point.
Please upload your usual save game to a file sharing site and DM me the link. Make sure to make it public.
I'm a bit busy the coming weeks but I'm trying to squeeze it in.
