Can’t see my sims face or moods.

Hi! So I have been playing with a family and I couldn’t see their task bars so when I sent them to do something, I could not see what they were doing. So I tried to add a copy sim into the household. I regret doing that now because I can’t see their face or their moods in the lower left corner. The moods are just blue and green boxes. I have updated my mods and can’t find any broken ones. Please help me because it would make me upset to have to delete this household.
