Can’t Switch Between Sims

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion Packs, All game packs except sttangerville, vampires, and Star Wars. Tiny living, Laundry, Kitchen, Backyard, Patio, Toddler, Movie, Knitting, Kids Room. Blooming rooms, desert luxe, Bathroom clutter, everyday clutter, Patel pop, country kitchen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It appeared randomly
What happens when the bug occurs? , anytime I have more then two sims in a household it glitches and I won’t be able to switch, their portraits will change but all the needs and traits stay on the original sim, as well as the outline at the bottom of the screen, the action column goes invisible
What do you expect to see? To be able to switch between sims and give them actions
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I have tried new saves, deleting and redownloading the game, deleting mods, turning off mods, clearing my cache, literally everything. I get a UI exception too if that’s helpful
