Can you tell me what Mod this is? Trying to fix girlfriends game

Hi all, I am having a hard time fixing an issue my girlfriend has with Sims 4. I am very sure it is a Mod/CC issue. She has many many MODS/CC so it is very hard to find it. So I am hoping someone can find this for me and tell me what it is? Probably not but it is worth trying.

She is unable to unequip hats and other things. She said normally she would click and then unclick and the item would remove. But now its not working. She also said this odd menu overlay is showing now at the bottom (Shown in the pic at the very bottom).

    Hi @ReyTerminator . It could be a few different UI-related mods that needed updates since the Halloween patch. Check the lists at Broken/Updated Mods , especially under Updated. If she hadn't played for a lot longer that that, you guys might also need the previous list, which is linked in the first post there.
