Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.

hi again I did the test you said and the problem are the CCs, so when I drag them back to the mods folder my games still showing the same issue, I took a pic of my screen 'cause it doesn't let me print the screen, so you can see it. also I think it started after I updated the game, I'm no sure if it could be the reason of the issue...

You have outdated/broken mods.
Start at Broken/Updated Mods & CC. And see the section in How to Use Mods and CC on how to test your Mods folder.
