cannot delete pool floor

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Download the build/lot in the screenshot and try to delete the indoor bedroom pool.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get pool flooring on my lot that will not go away.
What do you expect to see? Pool flooring should be able to disappear when I use sledgehammer on it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Downloaded house/lot/build from Gallery (see attachments). When I put the house down in the Torendi Towers (San Myshuno), I tried deleting the indoor pool. The pool will not delete. The flooring is stuck; it cannot be deleted/moved with the sledgehammer, nor does putting another room/platform around/over it do anything. Not sure what to do at this point. I bulldozed the lot, and the flooring is still there. It seems to be stuck with the lot itself. Please help, thank you.
I'm not sure if this will work but try placing another penthouse lot. Then bulldoze that lot to see if it goes away. You can try replacing the lot in build mode while on the lot and replacing it from the map if it doesn't work the first time. As I said, I'm not sure that it will work but it might be worth a try.
