Cannot Save Sims To Library With CC Default Eyes

Question

As the title says. I have downloaded multiple default eye replacements, after I have tested each of these eyes I have taken them out of my mods folder. Whenever I try to save a sim or household with a cc default eyes in my folder the sims will not save to my folder. I was thinking maybe it was conflicting with some other cc, but I have tried from multiple creators. Does anyone else have this problem?  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Ever since the last two big updates mods have been causing me library saving issues. I feel like some mods have never fully recovered ? I even deleted half of my library thinking it was corrupt or something. It was all mod related and I haven't played lately but apparently certain mods have not found a way to fix the issue or linked the cause yet. Only thing to do is remove the mod for now.

*****UPDATE apparently it also happens with MCC and MC Woohoo :(
