cannot see mc pregnancy on mccc on two female sims

I've been trying to figure out why for hours! I have changed settings, restarted the game, deleted and reinstalled, but still, nothing! Yes, this only happens on those two specific female sims. I went to a household, in the same world, with male and female sims, and they don't have that issue. What's going on?
