Can't access the marketplace or the jungle in jungle adventure Sims 4

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
I want to talk about something you don't mention above:
How accessible is the current experience? It's useless to me
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. I can't access the marketplace or the jungle in jungle adventure. I can select the location but it wont let me travel to the place
How is this making it more difficult? I can't play the game
How can we reproduce this experience? I don't know

Basically I'm not sure why this is happening, it'll let me select the jungle or the marketplace but I am unable to travel to either locations. I was able to rent a place though. So not all options are blocked.
