i cannot delete the localthumbcache package file. (I'm on mac)
@cy2zk1k54p36 , are you having problems finding the localthumbcache.package file, or is the problem something else? 🤔
The file will be recreated when you launch your game again, but the old content won't be there. So, if the problem is that you delete the file, but it then comes back when you relaunch the game, you don't have to worry since any corrupted data won't show up on relaunching the game after you delete the file, since it is just a fresh file! 😀
If the problem is finding the file in the first place, it should be the same for PC and Mac.
The path should be Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4
What happens when you try to delete the file. How are you trying to delete the file?
