Can't fix my game even after deleting all cc
I tried removing all ccs and removing cache but this is my forever screen now. How can i fix it so i can get all my pictograms back? And how can i get cc without my screen looking like on the ss? T...

@Dastroyr_og Try a fully clean folder: Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Select "New" to make a test save and see how that is.
If it works, you can exit, then copy your old files out of the old Saves, Tray, Screenshots and Videos folders into the new folders the game has made. Test your old save.
If that works, you can start copying files from the old Mods folder, but check for updates.
i am trying to do the first step, but i keep getting the message that my desktop dont have enough space for the whole folder
Are you trying to copy it, not move it? Cut and paste or drag instead of moving. If your desktop is a different drive than your Documents folder, just move it directly into Documents instead. The important part is getting the folder out of Electronic Arts.
The thing is EA is on a different drive than my sims because i can't get EA on the other drive and the drive EA is on don't have space for sims. tried to contact support and they were no help at all
