Can't get in or out of my house

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It has something to do with the stair cases and applying them to a house. Its also the way I'm editting my house. I need help with it honestly by the front door. I can't seem to get in and out of my house like the game usually allows.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am not able to set a stair case and position it at any angle. Right click to do this?
