Cant open neighbour story progression panel

Can anyone please help I am  unable to open the neighbourhood story progression panel. I'm.currntly having issues where family's are adopting about 5 to 7 pets at once I can't even turn this option ...

Yes MCCC us fully updated however, I can update it again later image see if that works.

    Mccc and also a woohoo wellness mod (also fully updated) and a bunch of cc

      @Dawnzx1 Does it not work for either other and my households ? Have you tried without anything at all ?

        Yes doent no work for either my households or other

        But have not tried removing all mods.. I will give this a try
