Cant open sims 4

Question

I installed everything. But when i clicked play on the origin thing it says "The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic Link library KERNEL32.dil." What does this mean. Also i tried opening it from the desktop icon but it keeps restarting my computer. Please Help!
