CAS Sim and UI not showing when entered.

I will provide an image (to let you know I have updated all of my script mods and overrides/cas changing mods so i'm wondering what other mod this is)

This is what happens any time i enter CAS. The Story Mode option doesn't show up and when i click the buttons at the top, they don't work so i have to force close the game. I have removed and updated More Columns, Ui Cheats, Mccc, Tmex T.O.O.L etc. Even the CAS background you can see in the picture. I would really like some help because everything else in the game works except CAS. If anyone can help that would be appreciated. Thank you so much :))
