Can't Open the Sims

It's been about 6 days now and I cannot open the sims. I deleted all mods/cc. I ran a repair, I uninstalled the entire game, I deleted my cache, I've run as Administrator, and nothing. EA can you fi...

I'm removing the game, and going install by install to see if I an figure this, I'll let you know if I figure this out.
