Can't Play a Household

I am sorry that you have this issue :( You may need to start a new save game. You could save your sims from the current game to your library then place them into the new save game. They will lose though any relationships that your sims has with sims not in their household, and will lose their inventory and collections progress. They will retain though their skills, reward traits, aspiration progress and their careers.
Keep though a copy of your current save game for when a fix is released for the issue.
Thanks for your feedback! I'm so sad about it. I am on generation 9 and my neighborhood is bustling with family and friends for generations. The thought of losing it all is a bummer. Do you know what might have caused this?

There seems to have been something in the recent patch that has caused the issue.
