@lystick2 hmm It could be a corrupted save file or a network issue, have you tried restarting ur wifi router?
You can try dragging your entire TS4 folder out of Documents and onto your desktop then starting a new Sims 4 folder. There are plenty of items that can get corrupted in there, just make sure to back up ur tray files or move them somewhere safe.
