Cant Play My Sims

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What is your current game version number? Sims 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous, City Living.. I dnt remember the rest.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when i open the sims game im allowed to click on the family that I wanna play, when the game loads in I cant see my sims but i can move my camera around the house but I am not able to actually move my sims around.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't see my sims, I can access the phone on sims, I cant check their needs ( considering that I cant see my sims), I can't do anything besides move my camera aorund.

Please describe the patch or change you made. It all started when I updated it to the pronouns. After the pronouns patch my game started glitching.

This all started after I updated the game to the pronouns patch after that my game started glitching and I am no longer able to play. This has been happening since 3/26/22
