Cant play the sims

Can't play my game anymore.

Hey, I hope someone could help me with the following problem:
I just played the sims 4 and wanted to go to an event in mt. Komorebi, but when i were in the loading screen i got kicked to the world menu. And if  I try to select a household to play(I tried played and unplayed households in different worlds) I am stuck in the loading screen. Since I am using some CC I first removed them to see if they are the problem, however, the problem was still there. After that I also repaired the game and since that was not working aswell, I also deinstalled and installed the game. The problem still remains. Furthermore I also tried creating a new household, but this is not working aswell.
