Can't socialize

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
• What exactly happens when you try to communicate ? Does the menu not show up anymore ? Does your game freeze ? Please try go give some more info or maybe add a video.

I recorded a video, but it can't be uploaded successfully even if it is less than 75MB. I can only take a few more photos for your reference.

•  When socializing with strangers, the menu is displayed normally, but when two people become friends, the menu is no longer displayed (in the second picture, I have clicked on the character many times, but the mouse is not on it)

• The menu of the item can be displayed normally.

It's a pity that using this method did not solve the problem.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

• Delete the ones you have
• Trigger the error again
• Check if new ones are created
• If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting. 

I already know the reason for the problem. It's because I used some tools. When I cancel it, the menu can appear normally. Thank you very much for your help!：）
