I recorded a video, but it can't be uploaded successfully even if it is less than 75MB. I can only take a few more photos for your reference.
- When socializing with strangers, the menu is displayed normally, but when two people become friends, the menu is no longer displayed (in the second picture, I have clicked on the character many times, but the mouse is not on it)

It's a pity that using this method did not solve the problem.
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
