Cas Being glitchy

For some reason my cas is showing a white line where the colors are supposed to be and the add another outfit is being very glitchy and the hats aren't showing up, everything is green like i selected it but i haven't, i don't know what to do. I've tried repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Uninstalling the EA app and nothing is working, but i don't really mind since its just kind of annoying but the hats thing is the most annoying. I don't know if this is happening to anyone else either.

    CryingHearts​ Please try this test to be 100% sure that all impact of mods is removed:

    1. Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
    2. Run a Game Repair
    3. Launch Sims 4. You should get no list of mods on launch, and you should have no option to load a previous save. Reset your Options.
    4. Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.

    Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issues remain without mods/cc there.

    but its not the mods because i did move the mods folder and the same thing is happening
