Cas cc request: Scarecrow outfit from Batman: Arkham Asylum

Hi! Is this the right place to post this? I'm hoping someone could help me out with this. I really don't know how to make it myself so i would be so grateful if someone could make it for me? So what i would like is to get the Scarecrow outfit from Batman: Arkham Asylum game to Sims 4. I tried to find out if anyone had made it already, but the only thing I found was Scarecrow for Sims 2.
