Cas glitch with the business and hobbies expansion pack.

My CAS has been having weird glitches that I can't explain it very well. It started with the business and hobbies expansion pack. One thing is the fact that that I can't click the x to take off the CAS item. The other thing is I'm getting a partial shadow of the color wheel and what looks like green up and down arrows. I included the photos so you can see what I'm talking about I tried repairing and restarting the sims 4.
